I am always interested in the ways students find to manage their time better when they are in school. One of the easy things shared lately is to use paper plates and cups as they are easy to dispose of and do not require time washing and putting them away!
What time management tips would you like to share?

Create and organize at to do list.
Organizing appointments on a calendar.
I like using the calendar on my iPhone, it's easy to add appointments and reminders and can be accessed easily. Most people have their cell phones on them all day so it makes it very accessible.
Thanks for the great tips! I enjoyed having you all in Facilitator's Training last week.
I am a visual learner and it is helpful for me to use a desk calendar so I can see the big picture. Students may benefit by using a planner or desk calendar to help manage their time with assignment due dates and deadlines. Being able to look at a month at a time or a week at a time can be helpful when planning your activities through out the month. SF
When I make a to-do list, I sometimes take care of a few of the smaller tasks first, so I can visually see a lot of progress early on. This helps keep me motivated to tackle some of the larger items on the list later on. By staying motivated, I am less likely to spend less time thinking about all of the work I need to do and more time actually doing the work.
